​The [re]fresh detox is my signature program designed to help our bodies filter, break down, and eliminate toxins that we encounter in our environment, in our food, and even in our homes. It’s a gentle cleanse using whole foods and a whole-life approach.

By the end of the program, you will realize just how much the food you eat impacts your mood, clarity, and overall experience!

why detox?
There are over 80,000 chemicals in our environment, our food, homes, and products. Only about 2% of these toxins have been tested for safety. Even if we eat clean, use air filters, water filters, and natural products, exposure is inevitable. 

Many of these chemicals and synthetic ingredients are known carcinogens and endocrine disruptors, which wreak havoc on our health and are related to a number of diseases. While our bodies have a natural detoxification process, built-in systems and pathways designed to get rid of harmful substances, they are overburdened by the toxic load of the modern world.

Before I dive entirely to what this program IS, let me say a teensy bit about what it is not.

It is NOT a diet.

You know I am not a fan of diets! They are temporary, restrictive, and usually stem from a negative conversation you had with yourself. Statistically, diets do not work. The typical outcome of a diet is gaining the weight back, and many gain back even more than where they began. 

The difference between a diet and this detox? This program is built on a foundation of self-love and appreciation. It will help you create a positive interaction with your body, to discover what works for YOU. With what makes you function, thrive, and feel your absolute best.

While most diets are intended solely for weight loss, this program is designed to give your body the nutrients it requires and support it’s innate capability of keeping you healthy. Reaching your ideal weight is a side effect of eating correctly.

You are not counting calories or carbs or proteins. You're not weighing in, or measuring your success on a scale. You have better things to do.

You WILL learn how to make clean eating EASY. This is all about saving time, effort, and money, without sacrificing food quality or enjoyment!
