KITCHEN THERAPY

The path to health starts in your kitchen. However, in the beginning, it can be daunting to make a transition towards fresh, whole foods. One of the first steps is to reset your refrigerator, freezer and pantry. 

During our time together, you’ll learn the components and ingredients of a healthy kitchen. We will take inventory of and replace foods that may be harmful to your health with nourishing, delicious ingredients that will make cooking healthy easier than ever. We'll visit the grocery store, read through labels, and I'll leave you with a thorough understanding of how to navigate the aisles and find the best foods available.

​I'll provide cost-friendly tips for shopping, and assist in organizing and obtaining proper cooking equipment that you will need in order to cook delicious, healthy meals at home.  We’ll focus on high quality, multi-purpose kitchenware that you will come to depend on to make your favorite foods.


PLANT-BASED IMMERSION

This head-to-toe health makeover is the real deal! The plant-based immersion is a one-day intensive that will revolutionize your at-home cooking routine. It includes food education, cooking class, and health coaching. Regardless if you’ve never set foot in the kitchen, or have been cooking your whole life, we will determine a totally customized plan that makes the most sense for you.

We begin with a coaching session to discuss your specific interests and goals surrounding food and health. We will review your pantry and refrigerator to get a glimpse of what might be sabotaging those goals - and leave you armed with the essentials and an arsenal of customized recipes and resources. Of course, we will save time for the best part - FOOD! I will show you how to use your newfound knowledge to easily create amazing food.
