As we cook together, I will show you anything from basic skills to important plant-based culinary techniques, including my favorite kitchen "hacks," which will instantly up your game.
These lessons are great for anyyone, whether you are changing your diet or simply have an interest in learning to cook plant-based food in an uncomplicated way. We will start wherever you are, and focus on what you want to learn, such as adding new weekly meals to brighten your repertoire, creating impressive clean desserts, or focusing on kid-friendly nutritious meals. Copies of the recipes will be provided so that you can make the dishes again and again.
