My wellness workshops are designed to simplify healthy habits, give individuals a holistic view of their health, and tackle some of the most commonly talked about issues like low energy, maintaining a healthy weight, and developing a healthy relationship with food.
Some topics I am available (and excited!) to talk about:
- The Perfect Diet: Let's take a deep dive into how diet culture was born, how this cultural phenomenon shapes our lives, and how we can separate ourselves from it, become empowered in our choices, and have food freedom once and for all.
- Eat Like a Yogi: This comprehensive breakdown of ancient-meets-modern eating principles and wellness basics is designed to complement a yoga practice. This can been presented both in a long format to YTT (training) groups, as well as in a shorter workshop style for yoga enthusiasts.
- Build a Healthy Smoothie: I'll share my simple formula for creating the perfect smoothies, to balance blood sugar levels and boost health from the inside out.
- Conquer Your Home Cooking Routine: Even though we know that cooking at home saves us time, money, and is healthier, so many of us struggle to establish it as a consistent habit. This workshop will leave guests inspired and equipped with a plan to optimize these habits with a personalized approach that works for them.
- Everyday Detox: This workshop inspires your daily habits with simple ways to promote optimal health. We will address the myths and misconceptions behind the word "detox," and how to facilitate our bodies own detoxification process with whole foods. This can lead into doing a group detox program!
