What I eat during a detox

A lot of people have the misconception that embarking on a detox or cleanse means just drinking juice, or not being able to enjoy delicious food. WRONG! So wrong. You can and should eat amazing, incredible, nourishing foods that support the body and provide greater vitality! My [re]fresh program emphasizes the abundance of real, whole foods to achieve an effective, gentle, whole-body reset. There is no such thing as counting calories or keeping portions small - when you eat good food, you eat as much as you need to feel energized and fueled. 

​The photos below are a collection of photos from my January 2018 detox group program. Most of these photos are my own, taken just before digging in, and some of them are my clients photos. I wish I could let you TASTE the deliciousness of this food, and FEEL the amazing benefits!
