This is not that fancy cooking class where you learn French fine cuisine (which is great, but maybe not the most practical). These classes are designed for YOU, with the busy lifestyle, so you can create simple, healthy, and delicious meals for yourself and your family.
You CAN become confident in the kitchen and enjoy the process while you learn how to easily fuel yourself with the right foods!

Workshop: Plant Based Eating 101
A plant-based diet has been shown to prevent and even reverse diseases like heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, and even cancer. The data is clear, but misinformation is widespread. Morgan Avery, holistic health coach and chef, is excited to show you how simple and easy it can be to reap the benefits of plant-based eating.
This workshop will focus on more than just the "why" eating whole, plant foods is better for our health, but the "how" as well. Attendees will leave with a simple understanding of how to get started without feeling like they're missing out on anything, and with the tools and support they need to move away from foods that hurt, and lean into the foods that heal.
Everyone deserves to live a long, happy life and food is an empowering way to claim it!
