This is not that fancy cooking class where you learn French fine cuisine (which is great, but maybe not the most practical). These classes are designed for YOU, with the busy lifestyle, so you can create simple, healthy, and delicious meals for yourself and your family.
You CAN become confident in the kitchen and enjoy the process while you learn how to easily fuel yourself with the right foods!

There is nothing more comforting than fall cooking. The warming spices, the grounding root veggies, and the nostalgic flavors of gathering with loved ones around the table. This cooking class is 100% plant-based, and healthy as can be, so that we can have all of the cozy comfort of fall cooking, but without heavy feeling that so often accompanies this time of year. We have the foods that will set us up for a strong and healthy winter. Let's make a delicious and surprisingly simple autumn-inspired menu together!
We will enjoy a meal together, and you will take food home for the next day!

The class will be held at Santini Family Chiropractic, a former bed & breakfast turned wellness center, located just past the Kittery Outlets.
